<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit access easily and surely. <P>SOLUTION: When a PDA (Personal Digital Assistants) 11 is brought close, a reader 2 of a personal computer 1 reads a device ID stored in an IC tag 12. The personal computer 1 registers the device ID in a connection permission list and permits connection only from a device registered in the list. The personal computer 1 and the PDA 11 are provided with communication portions to communicate by wire or wireless, and the PDA 11 accesses the personal computer 1 by controlling the communication portions and transmits the device ID when it is instructed to access.
