<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an opening state of a reading part with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This layered structure has: a recording part 110; the reading part 120 joined to the recording part 110 via a rotary part, a joining part joined to the reading part 120; an abutting part 142 abutting on an opposed surface 113 opposed to the reading part 120 in the recording part 110; a support member 140 having a column part 145 for positioning the abutting part 142 in a position separated from the joining part; an energizing member for energizing the support member 140 forward; and a restraining part 119 arranged on the opposed surface 113 and restraining the abutting part 142 abutting on the opposed surface 113 from being displaced along the opposed surface 113. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
