PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial leather having improved heat resistance and mechanical physical property, and also having environmental friendliness with no offensive smell. SOLUTION: Non-solvent polyurethane-based artificial leather like human skin, specifically artificial leather contains a soybean protein isolate and a non-solvent polyurethane resin. Use of the soybean protein isolate allows an increase in water absorbency and improvement of feeling such as touch compared to existing artificial leather. Use of the non-solvent polyurethane allows improvement of heat resistance and mechanical physical property compared to existing artificial leather.
