PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device configured such that a sensor array region in which a large number of pixels having a photoelectric conversion section and a switching element section are formed is formed on the front surface of a substrate and the impact of static electricity from the back surface side of the substrate can be prevented, and to provide a photoelectric conversion device and a radiation detecting device. SOLUTION: An electro-optic device is configured such that a sensor array region 12 in which a large number of pixels 20 having a photoelectric conversion section 22 and a switching element section 21 are formed is formed on the front surface 11a side of a substrate 11, and a conductor layer 16 for shielding is formed on the back surface 11b side of the substrate 11.
