<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide monodisperse resin particles having excellent hydrophilicity and excellent removal prevention of particles from a coating film. <P>SOLUTION: The monodisperse resin particles are produced by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer containing 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a vinyl-based monomer represented by the structural formula (R1 is H or a methyl group; m is 1-50; and n is 1-50) having surface active performance to prepare seed particles, allowing the seed particles to absorb a polymerization initiator and a polymerizable monomer in the seed particle, to prepare an aqueous emulsion, and polymerizing the polymerizable monomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
