<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crisscross joint efficiently moving a lubricant filled in a hole formed in a center of an end surface of a shaft portion to rolling elements where seizure is most likely to occur, efficiently lubricating the rolling elements, and efficiently utilizing the lubricant. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A washer 30 is disposed between a lid part 18 of a cup 11 and an end surface 32 of a shaft portion 15 of a crisscross shaft 10 to be relatively rotated with respect to the end surface 32 of the shaft portion 15. The washer 30 is formed with a projecting portion 41 projecting into a recessed portion 33 formed in the end surface of the shaft portion 15. Blade portions are formed on an outer surface of the projecting portion 41. Grooves extending outward in a radial direction from the projecting portion 41 are formed in an end surface of the washer 30 only on a side of the projecting portion 41 in the axial direction.
