<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective structure of a cylinder lock using a fixed outer cylindrical body for security which cannot be wrenched or is hardly wrenched. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The protective structure of the cylinder lock comprises a cylinder lock 5 with its fitting base end 5a being fitted to a lock box 2, and the other end 5b being projected from a fitting hole 6 in an outer wall surface 1a of a door 1, and a cylinder lock protective cylinder 7A to be fixingly and externally fitted to the cylinder lock 5. The cylinder lock protective cylinder 7A is formed in a truncated pyramidal shape (a truncated conical shape) in which an inner end 7a close to the fitting base end 5a is fitted in the fitting hole 6, and an outer circumferential wall 11 has an inclined surface with its outside diameter being gradually reduced from the inner end 7a to a fore end 7b as the outer circumferential wall 11 leads to a fore end opening on the cylinder lock 5 side.
