<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel can prevent separated portions that are in a separated state out of edge parts of panel bodies adjacent with each other from separating. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of rectangular or substantially rectangular panel bodies 2 each having a heating long body arranged therein are aligned in parallel, and edges of the panel bodies 2 adjacent with each other are separated except for a connecting part 3 for folding at one end in the longitudinal direction thereof. A connecting means 8 is provided for preventing separation of the separated portions that are in a separated state out of the edges of the panel bodies 2 adjacent with each other. A small joist 4 is provided along the adjacent direction of the panel bodies 2. The connecting means 8 includes a connecting small joist 13 provided to the one panel body 2 in a state of protruding from one side to the other out of the pair of adjacent panel bodies 2, and a fitting part 14 suitable for the projecting part of the connecting small joist 13 provided to the other panel body 2 so as to be mounted over the pair of adjacent panel bodies 2.
