摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device adequate for improving total load torque. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device carries out fuel injection so that fuel is injected from a fuel injection valve 20 arranged in an intake port 18a communicated with a cylinder (a combustion chamber) 25 of an internal combustion engine 10 and the injected fuel flows into the cylinder together with intake air flowing in the intake port in an opening period T for an intake valve 21 to be opened/closed between the intake port and the cylinder. It comprises a fuel injection control means for controlling an injection starting timing θINJst and an injection finishing timing θINJend for the fuel injection valve 20 in accordance with an injection amount Q of fuel to be injected from the fuel injection valve 20. The fuel injection control means corrects the injection finishing timing θINJend to correspond to a timing when the flow of the injection amount of fuel into the cylinder 25 is completed within a specified period Tmax, depending on the specified period Tmax out of the opening period T when the flow amount of intake air passing through the intake valve 21 gets into a maximum flow amount region.
