<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting jig for a workpiece to be used for a convex polishing device, with which another manufacturing step can be performed even in the middle of convex processing of the workpiece. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mounting jig 4 is used for a convex polishing device 1 and mounts a crystal blank plate 2 that is a workpiece. In the mounting jig 4, a holding part 43 for holding the crystal blank plate 2 on its outer circumference and a mounting part 44 for freely removably mounting a support part 5 of the convex polishing device 1 for supporting the mounting jig 4 are provided while facing each other. In the mounting jig 4, when the crystal blank plate 2 is held by the holding part 43, vibrating areas 23 on both principal planes 21, 22 of the crystal blank plate 2 are brought into a non-contact state.
