<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller of which assemblability is enhanced by constituting each electric path between a relay or a second wiring board and electric wires from the outside of a conductive plate consisting of a metal plate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A power supply controller includes a housing 3 which consists of a body 31 and a cover 32 being combined each other. Each electric path between a relay 10 or a second wiring board 22 which is contained in the housing 3 and an electric wire from the outside is constituted of a conductive plate 6a-6f consisting of a metal plate. Consequently, the position of each electric path is stabilized as compared with a case where each electric path is constituted of a flexible wire. Furthermore, the relay 10 and each printed wiring board 21, 22 are fixed respectively to an intermediate body 4 and fixed as an intermediate block IB to the body 31. Consequently, the wire between the printed wiring boards 21 and 22 is not caught easily between the body 31 and the cover 32 when he body 31 and cover 32 are bonded, as compared with a case where the printed wiring boards 21 and 22 are fixed separately to the body 31 and the cover 32, and thereby assemblability is enhanced.
