<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically connect a first case and a second case utilizing a hinge part without requiring any coaxial cable or screwing in a foldable cellular phone terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A hinge part includes: a hinge shaft that has conductivity; a first contact which is carried out pressure welding with a predetermined electrode of a first antenna plate or a second substrate to be electrically connected with the electrode, and is electrically connected with the hinge shaft by bringing the hinge shaft into contact rotatable; and a second contact which is carried out pressure welding with a predetermined electrode of a second antenna plate or a second substrate and is electrically connected with the hinge shaft by bringing the hinge shaft into contact rotatable.
