<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and wearable ultraviolet light detection device can easily and surely detect an ultraviolet ray. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet light detection device 1 collects natural light in a predetermined range with a pinhole 35, converts to a parallel light with a binary lens 37, vertically irradiates the converted parallel light to an incident plane of a diffraction grating 5 as an incident light through a slit 41 formed on a nickel film and receives ultraviolet light UV-A, UB-V and UV-C dispersed by the diffraction grating 5. By using the ultraviolet light detection device 1, natural light can be easily dispersed to ultraviolet light, UV-A, UB-B and UV-C by using the diffraction grating 5.
