<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mount structure of a power unit implementing both strength suppressing an input load from an engine and rupture strength necessary upon impact. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mount member 20 comprises: a bracket 22 elastically supported by an elastic support part 21 disposed to a side frame 2 constituted of a shock absorbing member, and supporting the power unit 10 in the rear of the elastic support part 21; a torque rod 23 formed to extend in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body, damping vibration in a longitudinal direction of the power unit 10, and elastically supported by the bracket 22 through a connecting bolt B5; and a stiffener 24 connecting the bracket 22 with the connecting bolt B5, while the torque rod 23 is positioned between the bracket 22 and the stiffener 24 in front of the elastic support part 21.
