<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embroidery data creation apparatus can create decoration stitch data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Decoration stitch data are created by a decoration stitch data creation device 3 based on image data from an image scanner 11 or an image data input device 12 and simultaneously stitch data are created by a stitch data creation device 5. Further, display data are created by a display data creation device 4. Thickness or the like of woolen yarn or ribbon are designated by a decoration stitch condition input device 15 and the decoration stitch data creation device 3 selects suitable stitch width W and stitch pitch P according to the designation and creates decoration stitch data.
