PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive heat exchange unit capable of feeding hot water having uniform and stable temperature. SOLUTION: This specific heat exchange unit is provided with a heat exchange part provided with a heating means for heating a water passage and the water passing through the water passage and a temperature stabilizing part for making the hot water flowing from the heat exchange part have the predetermined uniform and stable temperature always. This heat exchange unit has a flow-in passage in which the hot water from the heat exchange part flows. The temperature stabilizing part is formed into a cylindrical shape. The flow-in passage is formed into a circular arc shape along the peripheral direction on an inner peripheral face of the temperature stabilizing part.
