PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power feeding device for stabilizing power transmission efficiency irrespective of the state of a load, and enabling a power receiver to highly accurately and stably transmit an analog signal required for the power transmission to a power feeder, and to provide the power feeder and the power receiver. SOLUTION: The non-contact power feeding device includes the power receiver and the power feeder for feeding power from a supply power by utilizing non-contact electromagnetic induction action. The power receiver includes a power receiving means for receiving power supply, a load power feeding means for feeding the power supplied from the power supply to a load, a voltage comparing means for comparing an output voltage with the load to a reference voltage and outputting a difference voltage signal equivalent to a difference voltage of the comparison, and a difference voltage signal transmitting means for transmitting the difference voltage signal to the power receiver by infrared communication. The power feeder includes a power feeding means for feeding power from the power supply, a difference voltage signal receiving means for receiving the difference voltage signal transmitted from the power receiver by infrared communication, and a power rate control means for controlling the power rate of the power supply to be fed to the power receiver based on the received difference voltage signal.
