PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure in a transmission capable of easily forming a lubricating passage for lubricating a shift clutch in an inside of a gear case and capable of reducing outer piping in spite of that a first output shaft and a second output shaft are housed in one gear case so that the second output shaft is arranged on the same axis with an intermediate shaft. SOLUTION: A first servo case 29 and a second servo case 41 where one ends of the first input shaft 3 and the intermediate shaft 10 and both ends of an intermediate output shaft 17 are housed are attached to outer surfaces of end plates 1a and 1b of the gear case 1 in an axial direction, oil passages 37, 38 and 43 disposed in the inside thereof are communicated with one another through an oil passage 40 disposed in the intermediate output shaft 17 and turning in the axial direction, and lubricating oil introduced into the oil passage of the first servo case 29 is supplied to oil passages 36 and 46 disposed in the inside of the first input shaft 3 and the intermediate shaft 10 and turning in the axial direction.
