PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with a shield wire which is miniaturized and is easy to assemble and of which the component management does not become complicated. SOLUTION: In the connector with the shield wire 1, a slit 23 is formed along an insertion direction of a core wire conduction terminal 10 at one end part on reverse side in insertion direction of the core wire conduction terminal 10 on the peripheral wall 21 of an insulation member 20. Thereby, when the core wire conduction terminal 10 is pressed in the housing hole 22 of the insulation member 20, the peripheral wall 21 of the insulation member 20 is expanded in vertical direction to the insertion direction of the core wire conduction terminal 10.
