<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve immediate transfer of a bed without imposing burden on other medical workers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A move detection portion 13 that detects move of a bed B is provided onto a relay unit 10 which is fixed onto the bed B and connects with an operation unit 1 of a nurse call slave unit. When the move detection portion 13 detects a move of the bed B, the relay unit 10 outputs a fall-down hold signal which suspends fall-down paging. Thus, since the move detection of the bed B by the relay unit 10 allows an alarm of paging of fall-down by a nurse call master unit 50 to be held, a medical worker moving the bed B can immediately move the bed B without imposing burden on other medical workers.
