The medium line (1) has a vibration element arranged in an element. The vibration element is fixed at an inner wall with its attachment end, and an oppositely faced, quasi free end is oriented towards an axle center (X). The vibration element is implemented as a diaphragm i.e. ring diaphragm. The element is spaced to the inner wall of the medium line with its outer circumference, so that a gap is formed. Openings are inserted into a wall of the element.
