<p>The method comprises treating a surface of plant that comes in contact with the hydrocyanic acid, with an oxidation agent at 200-800[deg] C, and subsequently subjecting the plant with the hydrocyanic acid. The surface of the plant is stainless steel containing surface. The oxidation agent is oxidizing fluid, oxidizing paste and oxidizing gas. The treatment of the surface is carried out through immersing, spraying, flooding the plant, coating and conducting gases. Before the treatment of the surface with the oxidation agent, a mechanical processing of the surface is carried out. During subjecting the plant with the hydrocyanic acid, a slight quantity of diluted acid and/or acid gas is dosed in the plant. The method is carried out for dewatering of hydrocyanic acid by distillation.</p> |
