<p>Provided is a content distribution system which enables each leecher to download at a rate near the download band of an access line by making large the ratio of seeders which constitute a swarm. The content distribution system gives, to leechers (peers 1-1-1 to 1-1-7, 1-2-1 to 1-2-5, 1-3-1 to 1-3-7) who are downloading contents, incentive to become seeders (peers 1-1-1 to 1-1-7, 1-2-1 to 1-2-5, 1-3-1 to 1-3-7) who provide contents after finishing downloading.</p> |
