A portable apparatus (10) having a rechargeable battery (15) can be attached to and removed from the in-vehicle apparatus, and the in-vehicle apparatus supplies the portable apparatus (10) with power in a state where the portable apparatus (10) is attached. The in-vehicle apparatus is provided with a control section (140) for confirming that operation of the portable apparatus (10) is ended when power supply to the in-vehicle apparatus itself is interrupted in the state where the portable apparatus is mounted. The in-vehicle apparatus is also provided with a voltage converting apparatus (141) for stopping power supply to the portable apparatus (10) after confirmation is performed by the controller (140).
