<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery capable of effectively manufacturing the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using an electrode which forms a mixing agent layer on a current collector by using solvent-based slurry and raising sticking strength in the electrode and improving batter performance, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolyte, at least one electrode of the positive electrode and the negative electrode forms a pre-coated layer 6 made of a solvent-based binding agent and particulates with average particle size of 1 μm or less, and the battery is obtained by drying the mixing agent layer 2 after forming the mixing agent layer 2 by coating solvent-based slurry including an active material, the solvent based binding agent, and a conductive agent on the pre-coated layer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
