<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizing device and a power generating device capable of easily and stably carrying out vaporization by suppressing generation of bubbles in a liquid introduction part of a porous body and preventing pulsation during operation, and as a result, capable of stabilizing power generation performance. <P>SOLUTION: The vaporizing device 3 includes a liquid absorbing part 31, and a heating part 35 heating the liquid absorbing part 31. An average pore diameter of the liquid absorbing part 31 is set on the basis of a pressure loss of the liquid absorbing part 31 such that a gas saturation solubility of a liquid in the introduction part 31a of the liquid absorbing part 31 becomes larger during operation than during stopping. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
