<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress paper sheets of predetermined number or larger from being placed. <P>SOLUTION: A regulation member 22 is configured so as to be in a regulating position when a paper sheet cassette is removed from an apparatus body and in a spacing position when the paper sheet cassette is fitted onto the apparatus body.
