<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose joint capable of solving the problems in leakage of a fluid, sealability and wearing-off of caulking. <P>SOLUTION: This hose joint 18 comprises a pipe-like insert fitting 20 to be inserted into a hose 10 and a sleeve-like socket fitting 22 fitted on the outer surface of the hose 10 so as to be caulked. When a range of surface roughness of the peripheral surface between a tip X<SB>2</SB>of an insertion side end in an insertion part 24 of the insert fitting 20 to be inserted into the hose 10 and a base end X<SB>1</SB>in a position corresponding to a hose end on the opposite side formed from the base end X<SB>1</SB>to an intermediate position X<SB>3</SB>is a and when a range thereof from the intermediate position X<SB>3</SB>to the tip X<SB>2</SB>is b, surface roughness in the range a is set at 12.5-25S, and surface roughness in the range b is set at 8S or less, and a and b are set so as to satisfy relationships that b/a is 0.8-1.2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
