<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase compression efficiency when rewriting a part of moving images. <P>SOLUTION: As a plurality of movie video images with different colors, a base file is created from moving images 30 in which only arrows A, B, C, D, E are different. difference between the moving images 30 and moving images 32 is extracted as a difference extracted movie 42, difference extracted movie 44, 46, 48 indicating difference between the moving images 30 and moving images 34, 36, 38 are similarly extracted, the moving images 30 to be a master and the difference extracted movies 42, 44, 46, 48 to be slaves are compressed and encoded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
