PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular stowable seat capable of improving the operability. SOLUTION: The vehicular stowable seat S comprises a seatback 12 having a reclining mechanism 27 to be folded on a seat cushion 11, a link mechanism 30 connected to the reclining mechanism 27 and a leg locking means, and a strap 20 capable of operating the reclining mechanism 27 and the leg locking means via the link mechanism 30. The link mechanism 30 has a first link member 31 connected to the strap 20 and the reclining mechanism 27, and a fourth link member 70 attachable/detachable the first link member 31. During the stowing operation, even when the pulling operation of the strap 20 is stopped, the first link member 31 is locked by the fourth link member 70, the unlocked state of the reclining mechanism 27 is maintained and thus, the seatback 12 can be reliably folded and stowed.
