PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a stroke amount of a sliding movement against bias of holding parts with a high degree of freedom as necessary, without changing constitution of a linking means linking movement of a pair of holding parts. SOLUTION: A holder apparatus comprises: the holding parts 2 disposed on both sides sandwiching the center of a housing part 1 of an electronic device P, and supported to slidably move from their reference position in directions separated from the center side of the housing part 1: and a biasing means 3 biasing the holding parts 2, 2 respectively to be positioned at their reference positions. The linking means 4 has a link rod 41 connecting one holding part with one side out of sides sandwiching a rotational center 40a of a rotor 40, and a link rod 42 connecting the other holding part 2 with the other side out of the sides sandwiching the rotational center 40a of the rotor 40.
