PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement asphalt composition which enables efficient paving operation by reutilizing the asphalt recovered from an asphalt pavement waste material, a pavement asphalt mixture, and an asphalt paving method. SOLUTION: By adding wood tar to a recovered asphalt content in the mixture comprising the asphalt content recovered from an asphalt pavement waste material and mainly having aggregate and asphalt to set the rate of penetration at 40-100 (1/100 cm), an asphalt mixture which enables mixing treatment and compaction treatment at a lower temperature compared to the case where the wood tar is not added can be obtained.
