PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic shopping bag display part which is a plastic shopping bag display structure to be arranged in a display rack in front of a cash register and sells the plastic shopping bag, while suppressing a decrease in sales of conventional merchandises in front of the cash register, and to provide a display rack therefor. SOLUTION: The plastic shopping bag display structure includes: a body to be mounted on the display rack; a horizontal bar 17 which is arranged on the front side of the body in a right and left direction, and from which the bundle of the flatly folded and piled multiple plastic shopping bags are hung by folding in a twofold state; and a plastic shopping bag lock part 20 to be locked with the lock hole of the plastic shopping bag when the bags are hung from the horizontal bar in such a manner that the lock piece of the bag is on the rear surface side of the twofold state. The structure also includes: a turning part 11 where the horizontal bar, turning arms 18 pivoted on the body side in order to support the horizontal bar, and the plastic shopping bag lock part are integrally formed, the turning arms being journaled in such a manner that the turning part is turnable toward a forward tilting direction; a turning lock part 12 arranged in the turning part so as to lock the forward tilting turning of the turning part; and a locked part 13 which is arranged on the body side and to which the turning lock part is locked.
