<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polycarbonatepolyol which has excellent physical properties and is hardly discolored. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polycarbonatepolyol is produced by subjecting a polycarbonatepolyol prepolymer (A), which is obtained by reacting a triol compound (a1), an aliphatic diol compound (a3) and a carbonate ester (a2), and a polycarbonatediol (B) to an ester interchange reaction.
