PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warpage preventing woody plate which, in a lengthy fitting represented by a door such as a full height door, even when used in a place wherein a large difference exists between temperature humidity environments on both sides, when used for a long period of time, and when exposed inevitably to external force, prevents warpage and the peeling and floating of a moistureproof sheet and to provide a decorative plate. SOLUTION: In the warpage preventing woody plate, the moistureproof sheet in which a deposition layer is laminated on one side of a synthetic resin substrate layer is laminated on one side of a woody substrate through a layer of an adhesive for the woody substrate.
