The power plant has a wind wheel (3) provided with full lining or partial lining, where the wind wheel is provided with six blades. A swing bearing (1) and a pilaster (2) are provided in the plant. A multi-disk (4) is horizontally attached at the plant. A shaft (5) with a bearing is formed as a part of the wind wheel. A steel concrete foundation (6) is provided for supporting the plant. The wind wheel shaft is wounded in a machine room (8) and is provided for driving a generator.
