PURPOSE: A solid fuel manufacturing method of organic waste and a device thereof are provided to offer safety and calorific value promotion of the organic waste, and to make the solid fuel with an optimized condition. CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel manufacturing method of organic waste includes the following steps of: assembling and mixing a carbide and a drying material etc with the organic waste(10); drying a mixture generated in a mixing assembling process(20); carbonizing the produced drying materials(30); changing an absorptive volatile component to the carbide(40); recognizing a degree of bad smell, spontaneous combustion and calorific values(50); and stabilizing the surface or adjusting a carbonization process and a cooling and adsorption process(60).
