TRANSMISSION RATE CONTROL METHOD, RADIO BASE STATION, AND RADIO LINE CONTROL STATION

There is provided a transfer rate control method for controlling a transfer rate of upstream user data. The method includes: a step for a radio line control station to report a valid period of an absolute transfer rate control channel to a radio base station and a mobile station upon a call setting or a serving change; a step for the radio base station to decided whether to transmit the absolute transfer rate control channel to each mobile station communication with the radio base station according to the valid period; and a step for each mobile station to decide a transfer rate of the upstream user data according to the maximum permitted transfer rate mapped to the absolute transfer rate control channel reported from the radio base station.
