PURPOSE: A driving deflection preventing apparatus for a device is provided to control a high accuracy optical apparatus and a position detecting unit without deflection by preventing procession of a movable unit. CONSTITUTION: A driving deflection preventing apparatus for a device is composed of a drive motor(2), a gear(3), and a movable part(5). The gear changes a rotator motion of a drive motor into a linear motion, and the movable unit forward/backward linear motion by the gear. A defection prevention apparatus(10) of the drive unit includes a guide and more than a support(30). The guide is installed in the movable unit, and the guide unit is combined with a gear to be detachable.
