PEROVSKITE LEAD-FREE PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMICS AND PREPARATION METHOD

PURPOSE: Lead-free perovskite piezoelectric ceramics and a preparation method thereof are provided to exhibit high reproducibility and to reduce production costs. CONSTITUTION: Lead-free perovskite piezoelectric ceramics have a perovskite crystalline structure. The lead-free perovskite piezoelectric ceramics are represented by formula 1, which is {Lix(K0.5Na0.5)1-x}NbO3. The lead-free perovskite piezoelectric ceramics contain one or more selected among Fe2O3, Bi2O3, V2O5, MnO2, and ZnO. A method for preparing the lead-free perovskite piezoelectric ceramics comprises the following steps of: preparing raw materials; mixing the raw materials and calcining them to obtain first powder; adding 0.2~1.0wt% one selected from the group consisting of Fe2O3, Bi2O3, V2O5, MnO2, and ZnO to the first powder; mixing and pulverizing the mixture to obtain second powder; adding a binder to the second powder and pressure-molding them to prepare panels; heating the panels to volatilize the binder; and polarizing the heated panels and heat-treating them at 100°C~200°C.
