PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating obesity is provided to ensure weight loss, increase in adiponectin content, reduction of leptin content or reduction of neutral fat content by comprising red ginseng extract, black yeast fermentation extract and Platycodon grandiflorum extract. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating obesity comprises 0.1-30 weight% of an effective component consisting of red ginseng extract, black yeast fermentation extract and Platycodon grandiflorum extract. 10 times water(10 L) based on each sample 1 kg is added in red ginseng extract, black yeast fermentation extract and Platycodon grandiflorum extract.
