Cosmetic- or dermatological composition with a water-free active substance carrier matrix and at least one lipophilic active substance encapsulated in the active substance carrier matrix, comprises (a) 25-60 wt.% of phospholipids, which are saturated phospholipids (80-95 wt.%) and unsaturated phospholipids (5-20 wt.%), (b) 20-60 wt.% of at least one wax, (c) optionally 5-10 wt.% of at least one auxiliary material and (d) 1-20 wt.% of at least a lipophilic active substance, where the components (a) to (c) form the active substance carrier matrix. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic or dermatological preparation comprising water containing preparation base and a composition suspended in the preparation base, where the active substance is present in the inside of the active substance carrier matrix, which before the cosmetic or dermatological application of the preparation, no direct contact of the active substance with the preparation base exists, and the water-free active substance carrier matrix with the water containing preparation base forms an emulsion in the topical application on the skin; and (2) preparing the composition, comprising melting the wax component of the active substance carrier matrix together with the unsaturated phospholipids of the active substance carrier matrix, mixing the saturated phospholipids of the active substance carrier matrix with the melt and incorporating the active substance in the mixture. |
