PURPOSE: A cleaning apparatus for a printed circuit board and a cleaning method using the same are provided to remove a foreign material attached to the printed circuit board by mixing nitrogen gas with deionized water and spreading it with high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning apparatus for a printed circuit board is composed of a washing equipment(100), a spinning table(110), a table driving part(120), a washing water nozzle(140), a rotary motor(121), a connection arm, a loading conveyor(171), a ready conveyor(170), a temporary support, a transporting robot, and a loading/ unloading unit(160). A plurality of mounting units on which the printed circuit is laid are arranged at a rotary table symmetrically along the circumference of the table. A table driving unit turns the rotary table by 800~1,000rpm, and the nozzle sprays washing water on the printed circuit board from the upper part of the rotary table.
