Method of obtaining concentrated extracts of polyphenols resulting from the brewing process

Use of a partially purified beer as raw material for obtaining an extract rich in polyphenols, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for obtaining the extract of polyphenols from brewing process, comprising contacting the partially purified beer with a resin, which adsorbs polyphenols followed by recovering the polyphenol adsorbed on the resin; and (2) the polyphenol concentrate obtained from the process.
