<p>The sensors (14,16) have two electrodes, an electronic circuit that has a voltage supply connected to former electrode and designed for issuing short voltage pulses for charging former electrode, and evaluating circuit. The evaluating circuit is designed such that it measures current between the electrodes during a voltage increase when the former electrode is charged or during a voltage drop when the former electrode is discharged.
