PURPOSE: An auto-purifying apparatus is provided to quickly isolate magnetic particles from sample of various capacities. CONSTITUTION: An auto-purifying apparatus isolates a target material which reversibly binds with magnetic particle from plural biological samples with magnetic particle. The auto-purifying apparatus comprises a pipette block, fixation body (200), magnetic field applying part, vertically moving device of pipette block, and backward and forward moving device of pipette block. The pipette block is mounted to two rows to separate plural pipettes. The fixation body supports the pipette block. The magnetic field applying portion applies and cancels pipette of each row.
