PURPOSE: An integrated an RF card reader is provided to save the production cost by being configured through one RF transmission circuit. CONSTITUTION: An integrated RF card reader includes an integrated transmission unit(220) and a Felica security unit. The integrated RF transmission unit includes a Felica chip(230), an ISO-14443 A/B processing unit and an NFC processing unit. The Felica security unit performs a security function required to process an RF card of Felica format, and the integrated RF card reader transmits a single RF output signal of the integrated RF transmission unit through an antenna.
