PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical formulation is provided to enable time different absorption of drug in the human body and ensure maximal drug concentration in optimal time of drug. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation contains an immediate release compartment and an extended release compartment. The immediate release contains a telmisartan as an active ingredient. The extended release compartment contains an amlodipine as an active ingredient. 85 % of telmisartan of immediate release compartment is released within two hour after releasing. 0-30% of amlodipine is released four hour after releasing the telmisartan.
