PURPOSE: An electronic device is provided to display an icon on a shielding film by a light emitting body, an icon plate, and a shielding film when the light emitting body emits a light. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device includes a cover(210), a substrate(520), and an icon plate(540). The cover has a light transmitting base(212) and a shielding film(213). The shielding film shields an inner part from visibility. The substrate is installed in an inner part which is covered by the cover. A light emitting body(521) and a touch sensor are mounted on the substrate. The light emitting body irradiates a light toward the cover. The touch sensor is arranged in a position surrounding the light emitting body. The touch sensor detects a contact of a finger. The icon plate is positioned between the substrate and the cover.
