PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ink-jet head is provided to prevent deformation of the ink-jet head due to shrinkage by welding each component with welding materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ink-jet head comprises the following steps of: producing a ceramic green sheet; forming a nozzle region on a first ceramic green sheet(11); forming a reservoir region and a chamber region on a second ceramic green sheet(12); forming a restrict region on a third ceramic green sheet(13); forming an ink injection area on a fourth ceramic green sheet(14); filling a restrict material(20) to prevent deformation of each region; removing the restrict material after sintering the ceramic green sheets individually; forming a welding material; forming a pressure chamber with the green sheet; and forming a lower electrode, a piezoelectric element and an upper electrode on the top on the pressure chamber.
